The Sports Club of Shahid Smriti Govt. College was established in 2025. The decision to form a sports club was taken in the 81st meeting of the Academic Council with the aim of developing sportsmanship spirit among the students. Its mission and vision are mentioned below….

The club aspires to cultivate nationally recognized athletes and responsible citizens who represent the spirit, pride, and excellence of Shahid Smriti Government College in both academic and sporting arenas.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Sports Club of Shahid Smriti Government College, Muktagacha, Mymensingh is to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students through regular sports activities and competitions. The club is dedicated to developing the athletic, mental, and moral capacities of students while fostering unity, discipline, and leadership within the college community.

Specific objectives of the Sports Club:

1. To organize regular training sessions, tournaments, and interdepartmental competitions in various sports and games.
